  • CHEMICAL CLEANING
    Authentic uses the state of the art in chemical cleaning of exterior and interior surfaces including concrete, natural stone and terra cotta.
  • CONCRETE RESTORATION
    Spalled concrete is mainly caused by rusted steel embedded in the concrete. We use polymer modified mortars and non-shrink patching compounds for best results.
  • TUCK-POINTING
    Mortar joints between bricks and stone elements will require replacement due the deterioration caused by acid rain and ambient other pollutants in the environment.
  • MASONRY RESTORATION
    Depending on the extent of the deterioration, the masonry or stone can be successfully patched with special patching compounds and / or replaced with compatible material.
  • EPOXY INJECTION
    Structural cracks in concrete, masonry or stone elements can be repaired by epoxy injection and pinning. Deteriorated or badly cracked slabs can be repaired by the use of Modified-Methacrylate systems.
  • STUCCO REPAIR
    The functional as well as the aesthetic repair of exterior plaster and stucco wall cladding.
