  • BELOW-GRADE APPLICATIONS
    Authentic uses the following systems for below grade applications: Fluid applied and sheet membranes, bentonite, cementitious and crystalline waterproofing.
  • EXTERIOR ELASTOMERIC COATING
    Several systems are used to waterproof the exterior concrete and stucco walls. Surface preparation and crack repairs are the key for a successful waterproofing job.
  • CLEAR WATER-REPELLENT
    It has become necessary to apply exterior water repellents as they do not only prevent water intrusion to the building, but they also preserve the exterior building elements.
  • PREDESTRAIN & VEHECULAR MEMBRANES
    Several mambrane systems are applied to pedestrains wood decks, balconies and concrete parking structures and auto-traffic decks. Acrylics, Polyurethanes and slip-sheet systems can be applied to the substance for waterproof protection
  • CAULKING AND SEALING
    Urethane, Silicone and Polysulfide sealents are used in joints such as precast panels, windows assemblies, expansion joints, side walk joints, curtain wall comonents, etc.
  • CHEMICAL GROUT INJECTION
    Authentic has applied a very cost-effective system of chemical (polyurethatne) grout in below grade foundation walls and between structural and topping concrete slabs. This method will reduce the cost of excavation and demolition especially if the leaking is isolated and localized.
